sorry, not sure what happened, re-uploaded the images.

Im also looking at quite few Whitebox games to add to my collection, one might argue they are not the originals but its definitely easier to find old games in White box for lot less.

Awesome! Jealous as these were on my list of games to collect but I never got around to them. I did however pick up the first game in the Tex Murphy series Mean Streets.

Speaking of Tex Murphy, I just found out someone is doing a fan remake of Under A Killing Moon and it looks pretty good. If you check his channel you'll find videos of his previous updates.

Awesome, I had totally forgotten about the Tex Murphy series.

Just as an aside, until 18/01/25 i.e. this weekend, you can buy the entire series at GOG for $9.16 i.e. 75-85% off (besides the newer one from 2014, which is also on special but $7.59 by itself).

wow that's cool ! looks really good vs original ! I think the hardest part will be blending in the low res videos but curious to see where it goes ! Thanks for sharing.

apparently the USB doesnt work on these motherboards? I read it somewhere on vogons but I will try. Would be nice to have Win98 running on this with USB.

I looked into what CPUs I can put in it but seeing its not a super socket 7, I would need to play around with voltages. So I think I'll just stick with the K6 200Mhz for now. I have another PC with Pentium 233 MMX already but wanted a K6 for nostalgia as my friend had one growing up.

I used to have one in the old days as well as 6800 Ultra, shame I sold them but managed to get this one for decent price. Not sure what CPU combination I will use with this. Would be nice to find Atlhon 64 FX for this.

Yeah nice. How much did you pay?

Good pickup to get one with a Silencer

I grabbed a Zalman VF900-Cu from shirl and that's half installed as of last night.

I actually have a 939 CPU you might want, it cost me a pretty penny because I just hadn't seen one for sale, and haven't since.

Opteron 185, with box. It's an FX60 without the unlocked multiplier. Basically the second best CPU for that platform.

Grabbed an iconic blue parallel port zip drive a couple of days ago for $20. With power supply, parallel cable and a zip disk included.

A bit grubby, not unexpected for 30 year old tech, but still works perfectly.
