Maybe the faulty GPU is dragging down the voltage on the pci-e slot affecting the overall voltage to the mobo?

HEPA filters are normally used in airconditioning for test/operating rooms etc pointless putting on a pc as they are for taking out minute...
run memtest on each stick of RAM separately
