Hmm, thats interesting.
In this case its a WD 1.5TB Green with a single XFS partition.
Ive just noticed that on copying files around a partition leads to very high CPU wait times (>50% of both CPUs, shown in top).
Seems its partly a Vcore setting issue.
With the Vcore set at 1.45V in the BIOS, both the BIOS and SpeedFan monitor it being ~1.32V.
