I maxxed out bios settings for voltage/temp limits for cpu then use Ryzen Master on manual OC to set all cores to 4500 and controlled voltages....
I went and tested mine the other day.Dunno why it says 3.13 as I ran 4.5 all cores @ 1.3 volts. RAM is 3600 CL16. Though I leave it at auto PBO...
