When the courier is interrupted and you want to resend it, just click on the courier and click the "transfer items" button. Your heroes portrait...
Match making tries to keep you at 1:1 win/lose ratio. It can be a bit erratic at times but it'll throw you a hard game soon. :lol: So good....
