In case you're not aware, that's the 2 fan model. Inno3d also do a 3 fan (x3) and 4 fan (x4) model for both the 3070 and 3080s. I am not sure how...
The Inno3d is supposed to be a decent card, just not much room for overclocking. I like the look of it also, but that's personal taste

How much of a difference are you seeing when raising memory? I was seeing such a tiny impact from it that I decided to just leave it at stock speed.
