Got it to post (not stable)
Got up to 3800cl14 with the following settings (still not stable):
do believe that ProcODT and ClkDrvStr had a part to play with...
fixed up a couple more timings, progress.
hey dasa2 I got it to post 3733 14 14 14 28 by adjusting CsOdtDrvStr to 20 but good to know 30 is worth a shot too.
I got it going with GDM...
got my latency down to 57.9n with some timing suggestions from glnn_23 (thank you kindly)

yea no dice, proving quite elusive
took the soc to 1.25v and dram to 1.65v - no dice at 3800 1:1
seems happy to run just a notch below 3733 1:1
just hard to accept defeat after...

the behaviour is odd the more I fiddle. I initially got 3800cl14 1:1 IF booting with an SOC of 1.2v however this is not consistent with it at...
