I didn't have a bread tin, so used a cake tin. Also I suspect 180° in this oven is too hot, outside is a tad over done, quite hard and crusty. Inside was perfect though.

Ingredients were chives, thyme, double smoked shaved ham, sun dried tomatoes and bega strong and bitey cheese.

Just about to put mine in oven. I used crown golden ale, bacon, tasty cheese, brown onion along with some semi dried; chilli, coriander, parsley and basil. I will be spreading garlic butter on it when it comes out.

Sidenote - Retard, your recipes are great, have tried the cola wings (several times  :weirdo: :leet:) and now this. I will slowly work through what you have posted as I see many happy people. Well done mate.

Thanks for the recipe RETARD, the bread is in the oven as I type this! Kids are excited to be trying the 'beer bread'. I've used coopers pale ale in this, so it should be interesting to see how it turns out.

Remade this again with the only beer I had on hand, han super dry. If you don't like beer, don't use han super dry. It was revolting :p

Just made this then. Used bacon, sundried tomato, cheese, onion and a big teaspoon of mixed herbs. Beer was a golden ale. Bloody delicious tucking in now
