Take it as if you made the case and you gave it to someone... the value of everything that is in it/makes it up.

    The overall message was:

"At the end of the day it comes down to how "honest you are with your self" as to weather or not you 100% stick within the budget"

As in, it isn't important enough to get worked up over. Anyway ignore me I'm not participating.

Admins remove my posts so ratzz can participate again.

yeah remember its more for fun and just being creative, this isn't a serious comp with 1000's of dollars on the line, no one is going to demand the Spanish inquisition because you used a couple of lying around m3 screws or you used a rock from the garden as a cpu cooler if they do, tell em to lighten up.

Yep, which is why I am fucking pissed with being told I am arguing when I was simply asking questions. Couldn't be fucked bothering now, its no longer fun.

I'll just finish building what I'm building and not bother with the whole Bunnings and budget thing now.

When its finished I'll post a complete build log at once. Here is a clue. Any guesses?

Thanks for adding me mad mic3.
Re ratzz: I took the challenge as a fun exercise to see if we can build a decent case out of mostly readily available material at bunnings ie I can build a decent box with mdf or plexi plus couple of square bracket. I believe the saw blade example you can "borrow" from your own future budget *wink*. All in all it should be fun and if you ended up spending $103 and you came third place you actually stay within your budget anyway. :D

No mate, you have done nothing wrong. My reaction is due to the following quotes. I don't like trolls. This is what I get for asking for clarification. Simple question, bullshit post following. The guy wasn't even going to participate, if this is what is going to happen when I ask a question then I want no part of it.

I'll still post a build thread, I just wont bother with a budget or the whole Bunnings thing. No fun if the trolls are hanging around. Any guesses as to what I hope to emulate?

Honestly get over it, it was a throwaway line because you asked a question which was pretty much specifically addressed in the post right before it - it was a light hearted dig and I said "lol" :)

I've said I'm out, reported my own posts to be deleted, etc, so stop carrying on and just participate. Wow...

Well I have been planning ways to do this and stick in budget even buying what I need in terms of mad-mic's post.
    It's certainly possible.

Just finished watching all 4 season a couple of weeks back. I like how Blake is not in 50% of the show and the ending was pretty lols.

The build would be pretty tricky unless the case was pretty big.
