    Unless you can leverage the 2 extra cores or like benchmarking numbers there won't be much difference. I'd hold onto your setup for a while yet.

    With msi board latency wouldn't get below 45ns, with the Apex board can achieve 35ns pretty easy:thumbup:

    On the Z490i Unify with 4500C17-17-2t I was just over 40ns, on the Z490i Aorus Ultra same settings run 39ish ns. Within a bees dick of each other really. That's running off memory though, don't have the spreadsheet in front of me right now. XMP with my RAM was around 45ns on both products.

    Are 40ns any good?
    I've start to look at this recently, before i had Ryzen and then the maximus xi hero on z390, in both cases i wasn't able to run good memory oc /latency with those boards. On z490 ddr4 oc is good pretty much on any motherboard, msi are good too:thumbup:. 35.1ns is best can see with the current asus

    Asrock board is in the test case now so checking like for like. Will report back when I am finished.

    Having a play with the other 10900k while testing out another 2080 super on unigine.
    Seems to go ok.
