I was seeing if i could do it, so far it's working out well.

I have: Mini pack of bread; ($1.20)
    pasta ($0.60)
    tomato sauce ($2.00)
    mince ($1.50)'
    milk ($2.50)
    cereal ($2.30)
    apple juice ($2.00)
    apples $1.00
    cheese spread ($2.00)

i had a goal in that it would be reasonably healthy, not like easymac every night.

    So basically:

Cereal and milk for brekkie, cheese spread and bread for lunch, pasta with mince and tomato sauce for dinner :)

should last me the four days!

Bakery at the markets. It's really not much, but it's *just* enough.

Here a 5pack of migoreng runs at about $1.50.

    700Gm eggs at around $1.80

So get three of the mi goreng, two of the eggs. And thats your "filling meal" of the day, packed full of carbs and protein from the eggs.

Then spend the rest on some budget cuts like bone in blade, and use a slow cooker to tenderise it. get some potatoes and onions and carrots, make a stew or casserole.

Otherwise get a packet of those woolies brand stir fry veggies and a bottle of blackbean sauce. Go for your life.

$15 is easy for 4 days when it has to be.
