yeah, I'm a sucker for something when someone says it's a horror game. Although it'd take a lot to beat the first Alien v Predator game :)

The franchise really, really gets kicked around and over the years we've had a couple of good games and plenty of stinkers too.

With the rights to the film score by Jerry Goldsmith and the original production art from Ron Cobb, this at the very least should look and sound fantastic. Colour me interested.

Where can I buy the half decent Aliens games that were released about a decade ago?

I really hope this is good but I get the sense it'll be a quick time event / press a button and watch cut scenes happen type game. Hope I'm wrong.

Looks like its taking the vain of the amnesia series of games with a dash of slender.

Could be a nice change of pace that is in keeping with the very original Alien movie.

That video actually looked quite good, plus I'm loving the use of the original music! The part at the end looked pretty tense and scary, fingers crossed this one turns out ok...

Be cool to make the tracking on the PS4 controller the control for a flashlight onscreen. Would add that creepy depth.

    Hopefully its good!

Hilarious, the old Aliens vs. Predator game totally runs on Win 7 x64 it had a bit of a glitch when I first loaded it (black bar on RHS of screen) but this sorted me out.

So funny seeing the old school default key layouts (NUMPAD and arrow keys).

I want to believe... but I've been hurt so many times before. :(

I'm reserving judgement until I see actual, no-bullshit, non-pre-rendered frames of the gameplay. On a PC.

Interesting though... going back to the roots of the franchise must surely be a good thing.

    I'm excited. - and confused.

The environmental graphics and lighting look fantastic - but the models (ie. Ripley's arms) look pretty crap.

Although i care much more about the gameplay and immersion
