I'm looking for a better heatsink for my Ryzen 3600 to stop it thermal throttling under load... And if it's possible at all, I'd like something made in a factory located outside of China.

I am aware I may be looking for an albino unicorn here, but thought I'd at least ask before just buying something from China.

Noctua started manufacturing some stuff in China a few years ago - can't find anything on the current status. If anyone knows any specific model heatsinks still made in Taiwan, that would be great.
Be Quiet seems to manufacture in China, then ship to Germany (for power supplies at least) for quality control.
From EKWB's website - "The EK-AIO's are designed in Slovenia and made in China"

Like I said, I may have asked about albino unicorns :p

Good to know. Seems they've dropped off most shops in recent years. I remember that brand name being everywhere a few years back.

OK, so it turns out if you find unboxing videos on YouTube, many people do show the entire box, which usually says where it was made :p

A sample from my viewings if anyone else wants to know:
    Deepcool (Gammaxx 400) - China
    Coolermaster (hyper h411r) - China
    Antec (C400) - China
    Noctua (NH-D9L, u9b se2) - Taiwan
    Silverstone (AR03) - Taiwan
