UMART has card 6800/6800XT MSI
Staggering nobody wants a $1600 6800XT.
It'll sell eventually but been sitting there for ages.
Sold out lol....I would call MSI crazy but maybe powercolor and sapphire are missing out of all that extra $$$$
I'm hoping that it's more to do with the AU distributors for Powercolor/Sapphire not adding 20% on each card, where as Asus/GB/MSI are going though certain distros who are adding fatter margins simply because they can.
Not sure but someone is definitely make some extra cash along the way
Sapphire 6900 XT Nitro @ $2034 lol:
The MSI Gaming Trio RX6800 for $1169 in stock at Umart seems like a good deal, no? Yes, the reference 6800XT technically was released at $1049 but we know that's not representative.
You've answered your own question.
if it was the 6800XT then maybe...
ple has the XFX Radeon RX 6900 XT Speedster MERC 319 Black for 1999 instock, be quick if your after a 6900xt.
They add $50 for each variant they put out...sigh
they can add whatever they like to each variant, there is no way im buying any of the new gen cards, complete and utter ripoff.
its cheaper to buy a ps5 then to upgrade my GPU this generation.... WTF!
I know pandamic and such, but seriously, both sides are out of control, and im not talking about just the price, we are back to monster 300w+ GPUS that need 1kw PSU's to keep them stable as peak power draw has skyrocketed to new heights.
and every man and his dog is lining up and buying them up like hotcakes...
Hey all, this for those interested: https://forums.overclockers.com.au/threads/xfx-radeon-rx-6900-xt-reference.1295793/
6900 XT Nitro $1899:
6800 XT Nitro SE $1399:
Anyone interested in a Reference 6900 XT Sapphire? Scorpy called about my Nitro SE order and said they'd only received 3 cards so far GG, anyway they offered to switch to a reference 6900 XT which I don't need - if anyone wants one for cost price let me know
Was interested until i saw that model only has 2 x Displayport.
Here is a comparison of my reference 6900 XT vs the Red Devil 6900 XT Limited Edition 110 of 500
Basically there wasn't much in it, both cards are awesome. The Red Devil happens to be a better binned card (2529 vs 2499) which combined with the slightly better cooler ended up giving me a few percent more performance.
By default it only has a 30W higher TDP, so those 3x8 pins aren't doing a lot stock... Either way I ran the same power through both it and the reference card using MPT and hit the limits of the silicon before anything else. I would have been happy with either card.
Yep, 2x DP is the reference design, it's annoying and stupid.
Be good if Sapphire released the damn 6800 XT Pulse .
6800 XT Nitro:
6800 XT Nitro SE:
They also have the Nitro + in stock
Also HN are doing preorders for MSI 6800 XT reference:
Who knows if you will actually get one though lol
Got her installed today, barely enough room to fit, I got lucky as I didn't check fit beforehand, I just assumed it'd fit lol.
I got about 14.5k on a timespy run, lots running in the background and not a fresh install. A big upgrade from my RX480 that scored 3.6k.
