    would anyone buy it?

    and what's a 'reasonable' price?

or out with the electronic dump at local council?

    flea-bay, instead? trade? doorstop?

$500+ on ebay, so you can get money for it. I certainly wouldn't trash it.

yeah, i saw that post...but i'm seeing them asking for that price, but did they sell it for that?

suppose i'll watch it, to see if it does.

good clean out this weekend, put its default factory firmware back on, fire it up again over the weekend, then if stable, sell. that's the plan.

i, first thought $250 starting bid, but then thought $175, then thought $250. coz I don't think it would sell for $500 as that flea-bay. put up a FS post after the weekend default/test.

i even thought of just giving it away to someone who wants it. but if i get some dosh for it, better.

I'd only want to give you a cheap ass bid way under what you can get. And I assume others here would be the same. You could try though, doesn't cost anything to put it in the for sale section. But I suspect you would be better off taking it to eBay :)

Z9 Mini should be still profitable, unless you overclock it, (don't mine on Nicehash with it).
If you keep it below 300W it should break even. Remember, ZEC is way down in price, and has cycles, so keep mining and HODL could work. Of course anyone that can run it on solar or some other cheap electricity will be laughing.

update = sold on flea bay

i got rid of it, not so much the lower ZEC prices - for sanity, peace & quiet. i had the Z9M setup in the spare room, but it was still a racket. i dreamed of sleeping at an airport.

got into a little cpu-mining, gpu-mining and ASIC mining - now, into buying/selling/exchanging cryptos instead. i think my mining days are over.
