Seeing as, I cannot find a suitable post for just the Anycubic Kobra Printers. I thought I would post one myself, anything related to just the printer and slicer, or just helping others out on getting started or troubleshoot.

I've got an Anycubic Kobra 2 max. I used to use Cura, but just swapped across to AnyCubic Slicer Next, the new version. It's surprisingly good straight out of the box.

Saw the recent details about the Kobra 3 Max, it's got the same print size, just with an AMS. Not worth it.

I thought Anycubic is making the AMS backward compatible with Kobra 2 line up? I thought I read that somewhere.

I have a Kobra 2 Max that has an issue where the print bed keeps heating up, going above the set temp. Anyone with experience with Anycubic support for out of warranty machines?

this link may help you, the only anycubic brands i have had is the Anycubic Mega S, kobra neo and my latest the K3 combo, you could possible have a main board issue or the heated bed may need replacement.

It's soo good to see your pumping out some amazing prints , my only brush with anycubic (apart from resin) was some vyper thing... it was a nightmare to get up and running i ended up installing a hacked version of Cr6se firmware on it just to make it usable.

thanks defyant, I am getting another k3 but was thinking of getting the latest one with a whopping build size of 420mmx420mmx500 that also does multi colour as well. I may also get another 2 ace pros as well to have 8 coulour prints, for now just adding some stuff.

If you are printing the top mount, printing the feet also will help alot for stabilty
    https://www.makeronline.com/en/model/KOBRA 3 - ACE OVERHEAD MOUNT REAR BRACKETS/29186.html

I actually bought 3 combos, but i gave one printer to my nephew and kept the ace,
The bottom left printer has the top mount and the feet helps alot.(excuse the mess)

I think this guy has the right idea where just having 2 combos side by side is enough, and he can swap between an 8 and a 4 between the 2 printers easily,

so my anycubic k3 combo has been great, I have had one issue so far and that is the 520 blower fan stopped working and the reason why i get some failed prints. I have put in a ticket to Anycubic and they are sending me a new board and cables plus a blower fan, I still can print with the machine as i put a spare creality ender 3 blower seems to be ok for now.

one great thing about Anycubic, their after sales service is excellent, they even sent me a new z-axis motor for free for my m5s after "I fubar-ed" and spilt resin in it

Just pulled the trigger on a Kobra S1 without the ACE(ive got 3 sitting here anyways) from AliExpress $532 with coupon discounts, and I just got tracked by cash rewards so -$25 comes out to be $507 shipping is from Australia so there is no tax.
Havent bought brand new printer for a while, last few years they've been from market place or returned units like the 3 combos bought, all still working BTW.
