    Hi there
not sure if this fits in this forum, feel free to move if needed

anyway, I am in need of a 64 bit PCI SATA II Card, and the closest one I found is a Sunix one (http://www.sunix.com.tw/it/en/Product_Detail.php?cate=2&class_a_id=34&sid=367)

but problem is, it doesnt say much about what voltage it supports (in terms of the PCI Bus on the mobo). I looked up the voltage thingy on my mobo (its a Dell Poweredge 2600) and it supports cards that are 3.3V.

anyone ever used Sunix stuff before? And arent most cards pretty standard in voltages etc?

    cheers

thas just a run of the mill 33/32 sl3114 card, nothing special.

    thats a 3.3v or 5v card.

3.3v left key (back of pc), 5v right key. if it has em both itll run on both voltages.

Adaptec 1420SA should do what you want (sata2, pci-x). Also you don't wanna be sticking 32bit cards on a 64bit bus, as afaik in most cases it brings all cards (i.e. all the other pci-x cards) in the system down to 32bit operation.
