I've gone back to apple recently with IOS 14 (was using it on my work phone in beta). Glad I made the switch back tbh.

I want a small phone - the mini sounds the best fit for me.
Sick of big fat phone. I wish they make phone like the iphone 4. That was the best ever size for potability.

That always seems to be the case, I was an avid switcher of Apple, Samsung, Apple - always glad to go back to Apple after so many niggling issues (I find apps just tend to aesthetically look worse on android as well).

Only problem I find with apple is it gets tiring/boring, very quickly.

    Boring is good for stability.
If I want excitement - I will seek thrill from elsewhere.
FFS it is a phone. You make calls, text, check social media fools and take photos of boobs and dick pics.

You've got a point, but phones are more than calling and texting these days. We effectively live on them.

Yeah, would have been a solid pass, anyway. I would have considered it at about $1k.

God, the 12 Mini looks pretty sweet. Heres hoping that means some more competition on the android side for small flagships.

Hope it still has a decent sized battery in it.

Probably some "Face ID" camera excuse. I'm also amazed they have not figured out a way to reduce that notch. It really was a horrible idea to begin with, and it seems only Android phone companies have tried to do anything about it.

Sorry to crap on about my mate 20 pro again.. but here we are - it has hardware faceid (not to apple standard, but still has the multi array of sensors) and even though it's a couple of years old it still has a much shorter notch than the apple phones do.

It's almost become a design statement for the company and a way for them to stand apart from other similar designs

K bro, point is they could easily make the notch smaller - why haven't they?
