Asus P5Q, dead?

    is the bios removable or solder in?

    Irresponsible comments like these is why people attempt a windows flash..

    Do it enough times and you eventually lose a board.. without any recourse..

    Flashing video cards and mobos in Windows is like asking for a brick. Especially when it's so easy to update mobo BIOS using the BIOS utilities mobo manufacturers bundle into their boards these days (Qflash from GB, EZ-flash from ASUS, etc). Why would you take the extra risk of flashing it in Windows when it's so easy not to.
