Bacon Candy

    Ingredients

    -1/2 cup Brown Sugar
    -1 1/2 tbl spoon honey
    -3 heaped spoons of mad honky
    -1 tbl spoon cayenne pepper (if you want some heat)

    Microwave on high for 45 seconds to allow mix to melt
    Brush on to bacon
    Cook at 350F untill sugar caramelizes

    mad hunky is a rub that my friends have just started importing from the US along with a few other great products (bbq's, bbq accessories, rubs, sauces ect)

    its SOOO tasty, the missus is now using it on her popcorn

    Meatpops? isn't that where you get a $20 cakepop machine from target and use mince meat/chicken/etc in it?
