Bundle Stars Trinity 2 Bundle USD$2.49 for 10 multi-platform Steam keys, save $100 Postal 2, Capsized, Circuits, Dustforce DX, The Inner World, Defend Your Life, The Maker's Eden, Neocolonialism, Anoxemia, Roomates Deluxe Edition All current Bundle Stars bundles - some previously posted bundles e.g. complete Hacker series, RPG Champions bundle are still available MadOrc has Deponia - The Complete Journey (all three Deponia games) available for USD$7.99 / 80% off Ends in 5 days, 9 hours at time of posting Don't Starve is on Steam Midweek Madness for USD$5.09 / 66% off Ends in 31:30 at time of posting EDIT: Humble Store has some good cheap deals on Shooters for a limited time, including Duke Nukem 3D Megaton Edition, Postal 2, System Shock 2 and the Serious Sam games.
Is the BundleStars Shadow of Mordor bundle the best deal on this at the moment? All the DLC/Season Pass BS makes it a little hard to figure out exactly what you're getting, but it looks like this gives you everything that's available, at ~40AUD.
Looks like it. Steam has the Premium Edition with the season pass on a weekend sale for USD$30.59/66% off, but the Bundle Stars pack contains all the same content and is (very slightly) cheaper... it looks like the Bundle Stars deal is exactly the same as the Steam premium edition, but they don't make it clear whether any future DLC will be automatically unlocked as per the season pass. At a guess I'd say it will, since the bundle is redeemed via Steam key, but don't quote me on that. EDIT: Derp, it was staring me in the face on the Bundle Stars page the whole time... you get two Steam keys, one for the game and one for the Season pass DLC. So it's identical to the Steam premium edition. EDIT2: Lots of deals in the Steam Roguelike sale, some pretty good stuff there. Pick of the bunch (IMHO) is FTL: Faster Than Light for US$2.49 / 75% off. Buy it now, it's awesome (if you like space games/roguelikes).
Thanks for pointing this out - when I got the email saying a game on my wishlist was on sale it didn't mention the Premium Edition, so I thought it was 30.59 without the DLC.
No worries. Silly how they do that... the emails are obviously meant to try and lure you into the store so you end up buying more stuff, but you'd think that would be more successful if they told you about the best deal available.
Kerbal Space Program Just had v 1.0 released and is on sale at the moment http://store.steampowered.com/app/220200/
Unfortunately it's on sale for the price it was during Early Access. Insult to injury: Historical Lowest Price: $13.79 at Steam on Mon Jul 22 2013
Got excited... then saw it was still US$30. Thanks for pointing it out though. I'm sure KSP is worth the money, but I can't justify another 30 bucks on games after what I've spent already this month. Added to wishlist, hopefully they'll stick it on a decent midweek or daily sale in a couple of months to draw in more players now it's out of beta.
still well worth the money IMO. Have over 100 hours in it and still going (this is 99% stock, almost no mods)
Oh, I'm totally sure it's worth it, I've wanted it for ages. I just can't afford it right now! Humble Store and GoG have the same 25% off deal available, if people would prefer to support either of those platforms. Steam has the Mass Effect Collection on sale for USD$8.74 / 75% off... but weirdly, the "collection" only contains ME1 and ME2 Digital Deluxe edition. Still, a good price for someone who already bought ME3 and is looking to complete their collection. Steam also has Dragon Age: Origins and related content at 75% off in a week-long sale.
thief games are 80% off on steam atm... and even at that price i can not recommend thief 4 but i did purchase the first 3 (again)

NEW HUMBLE BUNDLE! And it's a good one... Humble Might & Magic Bundle Pay what you want for: HoMM II Gold Edition, HoMM IV Complete Edition, M&M 1-6 Collection and Heroes Online Angel Starter Pack. Pay over the average (US$11.21 at time of posting) to add: HoMM V, Heroes VI Gold Edition, Dark Messiah, Clash of Heroes + DLC, more coming soon Pay US$15 or more to add: X-Legacy + DLC, HoMM III HD Edition, Heroes VI Shades of Darkness DLC and Duel Of Champions Starter Pack ~$19 Aussie for pretty much every Might & Magic game ever released... seems like a bloody good deal to me! I wonder what they'll add later... more DLC probably? DISCLAIMER: all the more modern Heroes titles are on ewPlay, not Steam. Bundle Stars have a couple of new bundles up: Indie Legends - US$3.99 for 8 award winning Indie games Surprise Attack - US$1.99 for 8 strategy/puzzle/adventure/brawler games For Sim fans: Euro Truck Simulator Collectors Bundle - US$7.99 for ETS, ETS2 + 4 DLC, and three more truck sims Trainz Mega Bundle - US$3.49 for 16 Trainz games/DLC IndieGala Monday Bundle - US$2.99 for Bit Dungeon II, Mighty Dungeons, Beyond Gravity, Orbit HD, One Late Night: Deadline, and Musclecars Online Tower Defense fans can get a free copy of iBomber Defense Pacific from the IndieGala store (scroll down the page a bit). You are required to join the IndieGala Steam group to redeem the key. Cheers for that, I was a bit disappointed when they didn't include any of the X-Wing games in the recent Humble Star Wars bundle (was still a great deal though). Might pick up one or two of the X-Wing/Tie Fighter titles. Incidentally, GoG also has all the games from that bundle (the Jedi Knight series, KOTOR series, Empire at War, Republic Commando etc.) currently on sale for 20% - 50% off. Steam currently has Blockstorm (think Minecraft meets COD deathmatch) on free Open Beta for the next couple of weeks, and 60% off (US$4.79) if you buy it in Beta. LOL... just noticed that Steam has all the Star Wars games on sale too, and pricing looks to be even better than GoG. http://store.steampowered.com/sale/star_wars_may_4_2015
The Steam versions don't include the Special Edition CD-ROM versions of X-Wing and TIE Fighter though. GOG versions do now. http://www.gog.com/news/release_collectors_cd_rom
