Not sure if we are allowed to link, but go check Ozgameshop website. I get almost everything from there.

$65 AU for standard, I think thats their only option though

Sorry didnt mean you cant do it, but the prices arent cheaper than the US.

The Mexican store now has prices that align to the US one, so its not cheaper.

Was originally going to buy day 1, but I think I'll wait a week or two now. As said above BF4 and CS:GO will tide me over FPS wise until there is a few big patches.

So some people here hate going back to BF4 compared to BF1, and some people here are not buying until fixes/patches.
    Sounds a bit polarizing.

I'm going to get it day 1. Last BF game I played was BC2 on PS3. Before that it was BF2142 on PC. This is a nice fresh experience for me.

Has anyone checked the Singapore store? I just bought Mirrors Edge Catalyst (using a discount code) it came down from $19.99 AU to $17.11 AU. A saving of 14%.

Man you guys are tightarses, too stingy to fork out $90 for a game? They've been that price for years

I'm 'stingy' because Australia is expensive. Any win is a win my books especially when we get traditionally screwed. That doesn't mean I wont throw money at things I believe in. Satellite Reign wasn't all that great but I threw $150 at the KS because one they were Australian and it was also based loosely style wise on a game I played a lot as a kid. I doubt EA will miss the $30-$40 difference.

Not stinginess, just looking for value for money. Battlefront has left a bad taste in a lot of players mouths.

why would you pay $90 for something you can get for $65? i havnt paid near $90 for a game for years unless of course i was deliberately doing it to get a special/collectors edition. if it was a difference of $5 or something then yeah, thats not really much nor worth the effort.

dont see how paying less to get the same/more is anything else than smart. got nothing to do with being "tight"... imo people who just blindly throw their money at release day gaming prices without doing some scouting and clever spending, are dumbarses.

but hey, if you shit money, knock yourself out. smart people can do plenty with $25 they would save in this situation

i reckon i would go 20 $1 hookers and buy myself a beer with the last $5 and lay back on my couch and enjoy my beer whilst 20 hookers are getting carpet burn.

    value for money right there!

I was actually thinking about it.

I would go 2 $10 hooker's for the fun, and 5 $1 hookers to cheer them on.

I would just get drunk before hand, save some money.

This is the reason why EA charge price like this. If it was 90 inc the DLC i wouldn't mind to much but it's 1 game for the price of 2.

When the launch goes pop like they all have, i'm going to sit back and laugh at the forums again of all the rage and the never ever again.

The beta was nothing special, just another bf game. Don't get why everyone is hyped.

Because they have been playing BF4 for ages and are eager for a change (of sorts).

When you cook, it's good luck to throw the salt over your shoulder, not in your vagina.
