    I amended my post.

    I don't think I'm better, I'm just more versatile :D

It's not that you made a sensible decision, I happen to agree, it's just the value you apply to people who don't adhere to your views is so binary.

    What's your end goal?

Maximum performance no matter the cost or cost-effective performance?

Your question sequentially provides the answer to my question :D

Second hand 1080Ti might be your best bet. Should be more than a few going and seem to sell at around $750-800
Otherwise I would consider a 2080 brand new over the 1080Ti brand new.

2080ti doesn't seem worth the expense, especially if you are buying for performance over pretty. If you can still find a 1080ti for a good price IMO.

    Sowwy :upset:

I don't see the value in the 2080 myself. You're paying for RTX which isn't currently worth it.

The game? Yes.. Mind blowing? Not really. But I think worth a buy. Have some good fun with it.

    Hopefully the BR is good.

So excuse my ignorance but if I buy the pre-order game (say from gamesmen for example) I have to wait till the 20/11 to actually play it? Can it be downloaded to be ready now?
