Best full size headphones at a reasonable price

    At $5,000 I think the Stax while ultimately as close to perfect as one can hope, I don't think he can run them on his vestax or numark. :D

    I think what snufkin is asking is what is your 'resonable price'?

    For instance, I just bought some custom IEM's for a little under $1,000 to me that was reasonable for what I was getting.

    So a little more specific and also possibly your music taste so we can help with sound signature.

    If you're looking to DJ, the most common and widely praised headphones for around USD$200 are the Sennheiser HD 25-1 II's

    I've owned a pair for a little over 5 years and absolutely love them. But it all depends on budget and what sound signature you're after.

    Also if you want to get really nitty gritty, do you want open back or closed back, circum aural (over ear) or supra-aural (on-ear)?

    omg best headphones evarrr.
    I heard these a couple of times and they sound amazing.
    So fast and energetic.
    They come as pretty close to audio nirvana as I could imagine. :)
