    Hi All,

I am looking to get a pump/res combo for my first open loop system. I am very new to it all.

What is the best pump/res combo I can get for $100 or less? I only have 1 free 5.25" bay so it cant be a double bay res.

as above - how long is a piece of string kind of question...

If you can stretch your budget, you could get something like this as a bayres combo thing...

Or if you are still stretching the budget, and you have room in your case for a cylinder res, get something like this

but depending on your set up, both of those might not work

    I have a Fractal R4.

At the moment my loop is just going to be for my CPU to a 240 radiator, but later on down the track I plan to include my graphics card.

I will most likely upgrade the pump then though as I will have a bit more money when I WC my gpu.

Fractal R4's aren't great for watercooling if you aren't ready to do some modding as far as I can tell...

I had one a while back, but I was using an external RAD

Been there, done that, and I will say save your money and fork out for the pump you want NOW, not later.
