    as a PS1 owner that was young enough during its prime years to revel in the fad of multiple colored translucent device casing this mod video is pretty satisfying. Also neat that he's restored a machine that looked pretty rough to begin with.

    That is "Lord Voultar", one of the best solderers on the Internet. He's mates with RetroRGB, and part of "The Retro Round Table" crew. He also makes and sells a lot of different hardware mods to fix problems either with consoles themselves (bad RGB levels, etc) or other people's mods that don't have correct outputs.

    That is the kind of ASMR I could get into, the gentle seeks of a hard disk defragmenting.. Getting faster.

    I have a SD2IDE so I don't get that.
