So basically the only way someone could have a different opinion than you is if they were bribed or brainwashed?

I don't know what some people expect.

It's an experience, and one I was very happy to pay for, go see for yourself :)

Personally I'll be back to columbia when I have some more time.

I loved the game. Kept me engrossed and I thought the story was damn good. Really all it needs to qualify as great in my book!

What about them? I pre-ordered and came away very satisfied. Might play through it again when DLC comes out. Original Bioshock was more of a let-down in retrospect.

The whole point of a game is gameplay

    gameplay is #1

That's your opinion, and if you want to rate Bioshock Infinite on it's gameplay alone it's not worthy of more than a 6/10... as soon as I powered up the Electric shock vigor I had no reason to use any other, and when I found the hand cannon I never dropped it.

There are a lot of people that play games for their story, and frankly I'd rather play a game with a great story and mediocre gameplay than a game with great gameplay but a terrible story. If you're just playing a game for enjoyment of pressing the buttons perhaps you'd find the pokies quite enjoyable as well.

Tried it, did not like it... at all. Just slowed me down.

I actually wasn't sure if it was your opinion, or you were just being a wanker.

The only Vigor I used was the Electricity one, number 4. And only too stun the larger enemies.

here's hoping they find a way to smooth out the level loading in the background cos the only way i found to hide the drops is to drop the fps to 30 and it's not as smooth as 60 which is sad.

Man no wonder most of you are whinging about the gameplay if you go through the entire game spamming the same vigor attack.

I know you can technically kill everybody playing that way but its no fun! Try using the skyhook to jump on to zeppelins and then knocking everyone off the world using Undertow. Hell there's even a Steam achievement for it :leet:

Bucking Bronco in combination with the gear that chain attacks nearby enemies is great as well. Nothing better than levitating 5 goons and picking them off from afar with the burst gun.

I did actually do that at the end, Undertow was pretty good but only when on the zepplins.

Bucking Bronco was good too, but again with chain lightning and a long stun it was just far too powerful to want to use anything else for most of the game.

Agree, it seems those complaining a lot really didn't experiment with what was on offer, not that I am saying the gameplay was without fault, I agree it needs work.

Some of the vigors made combat too easy though, for example the octopus one (hell if I can remember what it's called), since you could just skyhook to a floating bridge and push them all off to fall to their deaths. Fun though!
