    Hey guys..

I have had a little bit more of a play with the biostar x58 board now the pcie mod is out there. This mod allows the pci-express frequency to be increased way past 100 up to about 120+ and this allow scaling of the bclock as a result. In the past I had some trouble getting past about 205 on this board, now the results speak for themselves!

Please note all this is on air with quite a horrible 965 c0, those with nice 920 and 35*0 d0 should get more of course!

These results show this would make an outstanding board to run a locked multiplier chip and push for maximum clocks..

    Test setup:
    Intel 965 Retail c0
    Biostar Tpower X58
    Corsair PC14400 C7 rams
    Corsair HX1000 psu
    Asus GTX280

    226 bclock @ air

222 bclock prime95 stable... this goes on for hours if its left..

modded tpower x58 with pcie mod

a bit of quick uncore testing, seems this board does it all...

more results to come with some proper cpus arrive for me ;)
