[BNE] 4 x Grungy Photos of Alleys

    Went on a photo shoot with Mel (freiend of mine from redbubble) last night and got the following photos.

    I like the overall look of #1 but I'm a bit confused as to what I'm actually looking at. The way the shot is framed, I want to look down the alley but the focus seems to be on the wooden box on the far left. The colours are amazing in that photo though... did you bump up the contrast in post or is this all in camera?

    I think on their own they'd do little to draw my attention, but as a series they work quite well.
    It 's the sort of thing I'd print and hang on my wall as a 4 part series on canvas or something :thumbup:

    A totally awesome set. Really dig the last one, like something from a horror movie set :D

    forgive an amature here, but how do you get that 'look', for want of a better word.. is there bulk PP there, or is this mostly as shot?

    I really like this style of photograph, but for the life of me i cant get that result?

    Mate dont be shy! its the only way we learn
    thses are HDR photos (helps get that detail) and then given a small amount of cross processing to get the colours

    The last one reminds me of Half Life 2.
