What's bothering you? Do you already have the games to compare?

american rating logo next to a pal label is suspicious. as is the "jewel" text on a few discs.

i have no evidence to back this up though.

I have a few of the games to compare, but mine are all Aus not uk/Eur, it's mostly the jewel logo on a lot of them that is making me suspicious.

Even if they looked different from ones we've got, that could be explained by different packaging for different markets, or even special editions....

I have mariokart and it looks like the little bit shown in your photo. To be honest, I've never really eyeballed what my discs look like (for those I've actually played, most just sit in their cases)

the "Jewel" on each disc definitely is dodgy.

They may just be copies on Printable DVD-Rs. Do the printed faces on the discs feel Matte??

Jewel is probably the group of the Rippers or the person making / uploading the disc graphics to print.

I know you already have confirmation from the seller but those are definitely fake. That Jewel I guarantee no legit Wii game would have on it. Why would Activision and Nintendo have exactly the same word written on it? That Mario Kart Wii looks fake as heck.

At least they posted photos of the actual item so you can see they are fake instead of posting photos they got online to make em look real and only find out after you receive the item.

How much were they trying to charge all the games? Extremely cheap? if so that's your first hint that they're dodgy even if they are just Wii games.
