here we goooooooooooooooooooo
These trailers have got me so excited for this game!
the handsome collection is on sale for $22 on steam and $13 on ps4, might need to get pre-sequal for pc too :/
It looks good, but it looks like the loot is either the same or worse then Borderlands 2.
1 billion guns is not something to brag about, it just means more of the same randomly computer generated loot where all the loot jobs is average.
Like usual the main reason to play is the coop.
How so, looks like they are bringing back lasers and including grenade launchers along with a new element.
Looking at the cars there are going to more in-depth customisations
I agree they have many types of weapons.
But the issue is good quality loot and making loot interesting.
Doing X amount of damage and picking up a very slightly better gun from a different brand that shoots differently is not my idea of good loot.
Have to wait and see what Borderlands 3 will offer I guess.
4K remasters/texture packs of the previous games incoming April 3rd too. Free for PC users.
I never had a problem with the loot in Borderlands 2. I loved that each play through I'd find some weird sheild or gun combo that was different to the last time I played and it made me play differently. Makes it super replayable vs a game where I know if I grind X amount to get to this mission I will get this gun.
I found Borderlands 2 went stale at NG+. The grind required to level up and locate weapons actually capable of taking down enemies became intolerable. It turned me off the entire franchise, and I haven't played any of them since. I love the massive, sprawling levels, the distinctive, edgy art style, the hilarious variety of weapons which really do act differently and enable a truly diverse range of play styles, but once the grind sets in the game just dies.
Interesting, Fort. I had the complete opposite with my friends and BL2. Grinding bosses was awesome, doing it with friends etc. OP8 was great.
Playing with a team is definitely going to be a much better experience.
Yeah, the only problem with these games is that the single player experience really sucks beyond NG+ because there's just no way you can take down raid bosses solo.
You can but it's hard and requires the right gear which needs to be farmed. I'm currently playing through UVHM and have found that I have really had to change my tactics from TVHM as I can't rely on the same gear I did in TVHM.
I quite like the challenge at the moment.
Singleplayer just sucks overall.
Its a coop only game in my opinion unless you really like the dialogue of the enemies.
The fun is playing with your friends, they've designed it around that.
Meh... I have (am) really enjoyed (enjoying) the SP experience.
Well I went and bought the original now for the wife's steam so she can get upgraded to the goty edition for free. Come on I'm assuming Thursday for it all to drop!
Have seen some talk of them announcing a solid release date for 3 then aswell and some even speculating they will release 3 then too tho I doubt that as releasing it in aug - Oct would allow new players to buy and play the previous game
Looks like this is going to be a 6 month Epic store exclusive.
It was announced on April 1 though but its a horrible joke from Gearbox if so.
Looks like the tweets have been taken down... Yeah... I hate tech news on April 1. It's usually always fake.
All the comments he's made are still there.
