    Keen on that GoPro.

Yesterday I bought the Godox V860II for Sony, with the XPro commander trigger. Tested the HSS mode on my A7s, I get sync at 1/8000th even. Lower power though, but I was using it today at f/1.8 and 1/1250th, man I am loving it and how convenient it is over manual flash, as well as the Lithium recycle times.

ohhh... I might have to look at getting the Fuji version, while I can do manual OCF, I do like the idea of HSS to make the most of those fast aperture lenses :) TTL would be convenient too...

Get the XPro trigger (awesome) not the X1t (bad)

Other thing is TCM which first shot is TTL then uses those settings for manual for consistency

Light was the plan behind the move to the Z system!

I plan to have 14-30 f4, 24-70 f4 and this light and plasticky AF-P 70-300 DX VR to complete my <2kg hiking trinity.
Just ordered some long exposure Nisi 82mm circulars for the 14-30.

Just ordered a A6400 from JB Hifi. Had been sitting on the fence between 6300/6500. Then the 6400 was announced, and the 6300 got a lot cheaper... But 25% off at JB Hifi was too good to resist for the newer model. And I doubt I'll be needing the IS for the limited selection of lenses that I will likely end up.

Should be a good upgrade from my 9 year old Pentax Kx that has never been a stellar focus performer!

Did they fix the non flip screen issue, it's the biggest issue I have with my a6300. Mounted a $5 budgie bird mirror on my camera cage for vlogging stuff

They claim to have designed the camera for vlogging... and it has a flip screen that sits above the camera... BUT it is right where a hotshoe mic would be... so NOT the best spot for the screen.

I just received an A6400 myself. Picked it up off eBay for a pretty good price, essentially new. Also got the Sony 18-105mm to go with it. Will mostly use this for personal vlogs and videos. Will be a great C cam for weddings to match my A7iii's.

Also recently got the Sigma 16mm f1.4 which is for my daughter (she has A6500). Hoping to go out soon and do some milky way shots.

The Sigma 16mm F1.4 is also on my longer term shopping list. For lightning photos, and I also want to try some astro-photography!

Awesome vlog lens as I have that fella as well. Funny seeing the size difference between it and the Sony pancake lens

Well the Digidirect 15% off sale got me on a few items i'd been looking at of late.

    a) XT3 - I purchased an XT2 late last year (again on sale) and have really enjoyed using it for family snaps and some general purpose work. The lack of PDAF points all the way to the edges and lack of AF-C eye-AF, and some low light AF issues annoyed me so bit the bullet for the XT3. Will give it a good run through this weekend
    b) Sigma 70-200 Sport. I've been using a Tamron G1 for about 5 years and its been a really solid bit of glass. The Z6 however doesnt work with it, and it doesnt take a teleconverter. The reviews of the Sigma 70-200 sport were all favourable apart from the size/weight (which arent an issue for me). I already own the 500mm Sport, the dock and the 1.4x TC so should make a good accompaniment.
