The GF and I thought of this today and I decided to make it for dinner. I suppose you could actually have it for breakfast. Ingredients: 1 Pizza base Beaked Beans 3 Eggs Bacon Sliced Mushrooms Chopped Green onions BBQ sauce Grated Cheese Milk Butter Method: Preheat your oven and Pizza stone. Spoon baked beans onto the pizza base. The beans are used instead of tomato paste. Slice up some mushrooms and put on top of the beans. Put the pizza as is onto the pizza stone and back into the oven. While the pizza is in stage 1 cook mode cut your bacon into strips and fry up. Put aside on some paper towel. Now lightly beat the eggs and add a little milk. You can just microwave this mix then fluff up if you're lazy but I like to scramble my eggs in a pan. On a low heat melt a little butter then pour in your eggs. Gently stir them and fold them until scrambled and a little gooey but not firm. Remove from heat. Remove the pizza from the oven, top with your bacon, eggs, chopped green onions and grated cheese. Put back into the oven for stage 2 cook mode until the cheese has melted and the base edge is lightly golden. Remove, top with a little BBQ sauce, slice, eat.
