btc boards

    Yup.
    It's a fairly ordinary board. The BTC part looks to be mostly marketing but could be some minor bios/power tweaks too.

    I think BTC boards just have loads of PCI slots for GPUs. Other than that their pretty standard mainbaords. Will be fine for a general purpose PC.

    theres a few no brand jobs that look the same, but i wouldnt risk it
    this is asrock with extra card slots as you said, bios supports right up to 4690k etc on 1st bios so should be fine.
