Yo, first build log, first custom loop in a long long while the last one was when we were using fish pond equipment and milling our own blocks.

With what felt like an eternity of searching, viewing pictures, re-reading measurements, double checking hardware lengths a million times I bit the.... Bullet :D, with a Caselabs Bullet BH4 for a custom loop.

    Critical hardware,

DUAL SLI, ZOTAC GTX 1080 mini’s (doesn’t look like a mini Ti going to happen)
DUAL, GTX970 GPU blocks (bit of work here, more later I hope)
    Dual, Magicool 240 G2 Slim Radiator’s
    Dual, M.2 512GB Samsung 950 pro’s in stripe.
    I7 7700K
    G.Skill DDR4 Trident Z 3733MHz
    Silverstone SFX-L 800W PSU
    ROG STRIX Z270G GAMING
    Everything water, EKWB

I will be using this for gaming and video work but don’t need lots of board storage as I have a USB 3.1 DAS, luckily as I will be gutting the hard drive storage bay area for water cooling equipment leaving a minimalist two tone with pastel white pipes in the top.

Still waiting on some parts hopefully this week I can get to work bending.

Had to modify the intake bracket so I could centre the radiator so it fits in the front, which is the only config you can do with the use of 15mm thick fan’s or the top 240 won’t line up to the vent’s and the case windows will interfere with the end tanks.
    [IMG][IMG]

    [IMG][IMG]

The EK DDC pump & X3 Res fit perfectly into the bottom, the pump even mounts perfectly to the 60mm rear fan location bonus.. just need to figure out my pipe runs next.

    [IMG][IMG]

Some how the PSU power plug socket sits too far over (cant adjust), some dremel action fixed that.

    More to come.

All done here is a few progress as I went though it, but all done now, going to re work some pipes now that I have seen it all done. Also need to get rid of that ugly USB3 header.

Thanks, yeah its a sweet case. Once a single video card can do ultra wide rez with a solid FPS I plan to do a mini-itx version in the BH2 case.

All ready want to re-do some of my pipe path's in this one now that I have seen it all done, and a good excuse is my delid tool arrived as I have not been impressed with the 7700k readouts as I suspect crappy TIM. So going to drain it all out and put some conductonaut on GPU's and CPU.

    sweet build man

having two caselabs s8's right now (previously had 2 s5's as well), can say they are brilliant too work with

been dying a little wanting to play with a bullet case just no reason too (not yet anyway!)

Interesting how you have done th WC on the video cards, im just about to setup my 1080 Ti SLI today (blocks arrived today), and seen so many different ways,, serial or parrell terminals, single fittings and dual fittings between cards.

very nice job, my only issue i have with caselabs, is i wish the USB 3.0 cable was a right angle, as it makes it look messY!

    Very nice build there.

Looks like you will be upgrading your GPUs soon...

Tell me about it that USB 3 cable is a joke, its like full length cable too in the bullet, so overkill.

I am going to work on a solution for that one this weekend as its pissing me off looking at it all the time !!

Bastards .. just before I started the build I asked them and they are like nup no plans... :( but thats all ways the way with hardware, not too fussed. this should be good for a while.

I am getting 2.1Ghz with out any voltage curve tweaks on the GPU's so thats a plus.

Picked up some of the new 15mm noctua fans as they have better specs than the silverstone ones, and hopefully have quieter bearings than them too. Shame they are not black :(

Swap them out when I do the delid

Amazing work mate, very tasteful... Problem is all I wanna do is looking in the side window :p the loops and lights are just there teasing me. The case is a beaut by the looks of things.

    Any updates on the build?
Also can you tell us more about the gpu blocks did you use the 970 blocks?

Subbed, love this case and that GPU block setup is SIIIIICK. I wanted to do WC 1080 mini but then went Vega, but I really like what you've done here.

Had a chance to install the Noctua's yet?

Yep they are in, and were far better than the other fans. I was a bit unsure on their beige frames but I think it works well with the slow rotation multi colour lights.

I used the universal GPU block the 970 ones would not work as would disrupt the water flow channel to make space for the power components on the GPU's.

I cut down the OEM heatsink and re-mounted it with the oem fan while while using the universal EK water block for the GPU.

I also now see they dropped a 1080 ti out, ha ha. these 1080's are fine but so no rush to do any thing.
