It’s the greatest podcast of all time
There are some images here. Don't know whether it helps you or not.
If you mouse over these images.
Thanks mate. I've had all of these since before I started building. What I really need is some details of what's in the middle, usually hidden by everything outside. Looking for someone with a toy that can get right in there with a video or still camera.
Another thought if nobody can help you is to buy a kit like shown in this video.
It will show how pieces interlock.
Hope this helps you.
That's the 80's ED209 Dougie. A company called ThreeZero has also done the modern version, but even the youtube reviews and unboxing videos don't show the guts of it. They are $500 US each.
I don't suppose that helps a little. Can infer that parts of the same colour are rigid.
I studied this one some time ago. It helps a little, but still does not show the level of detail in the middle I need. Thanks though mate. Much appreciated.
Sadly I've only got the original one in 1/6 scale not the new one. I can take high res photos of that if you like. Not sure if it'll be helpful or not though.
Why don't you contact one of the youtubers with the threezero model, butter them up and ask for detailed images?
I have, on both counts. Three zero told me they can't help and to contact someone who owns one. I've done that and am waiting for a reply.
No, that would not help. The old and new 209s are completely different. But thankyou.
Yeh I figure so. Old one is basically just a large rubber grommet lol
