Looks amazing. What's the plan for it when it's finished? Slightly more tricky to take to the Children's Hospital etc..?

What do your kids think of it? Bet they wish they could take it for show and tell at school. Do you make smaller things for the kids?

It really is amazing, it's just brilliant.

I'm building a trailer to take it on tour. More on that in the first post of the thread if you want to expand a bit. Thanks heaps!

Thank you Ma. The kids love it, they've all taken turns sitting in it and even helped from time to time when I've asked them. No, I don't make smaller things for kids. Big boys toys for me.

This thing is nuts! You'd think you'd done prop building before!

Are you looking to go pro with this kind of work? Surely you could walk into a job at ILM, Weta or somewhere like this with this project and the Iron Man suit serving as your resume. :)

Congratulation mate!!! That's abso-fucking-lutely the most amazing thing i've ever seen solo built on this forum (and possibly everywhere else)!! It's so good that I saw people arguing the authenticity of it on facebook groups, calling it fake/photoshops hahah.

Congratulations Baz, it looks incredible! Can't wait to see the good stories that come from your handiwork. And who are you kidding? As if you are going to take it easy, kick back, and have weekends to yourself again hahahahaha. Only a matter of time till you move on to building the full scale Death Star.

Congratulations on finishing such a massive project! That's just amazing.

Will you be documenting the build of the trailer as well?

    thank you.

Not so much mate. Being something that has to be registered with the authorities for the road, there are too many, "Experts" out there trying to criticise and correct. The same experts who wouldn't help when I asked for advice. I've been through that a few times, so I'll be limiting my posts on that.

One of the best reasons to visit the OCAU forums...Builds By Baz. Bravo. Really brings a smile to my face. In a word, audacious.
