    Was following Ironman the whole way from the beginning and was always interesting to come see what the latest progress was.

    Update:

    Grinding the ends off the stringer screws.

    Next stringers plotted out for cutting tomorrow. I have a full day on it tomorrow, so should get a fair bit done. Might even get started on polystyrene bodywork if I'm not interrupted. Not holding my breath though.

    that's gunna get old fast. have you considered buying shorter screws? :)

    I want the screws to go all the way through for maximum grip. On that bench sander, it takes about three seconds to do one end of the stringer with three screws protruding.
