Only stutter I have is in campaign cutscenes, but havent tried lately. Here is 1.08 patch change list.

    MODERN WARFARE PATCH NOTES

    GENERAL FIXES:

    • More backend fixes to prevent crashes and improve stability across all modes and all platforms
    Riot Shield:

    • Fix for a bug where a player using the Riot Shield would not take explosive damage during certain situations

    • Fixed an issue where the Riot Shield would stow on the players back when using Stim. (Tactical)
    Footsteps

    • Adjusted to always play walk footstep sounds when in ADS and crouch independent of speed

    • Increased the speed in which you can remain using the walk footstep sounds by slightly pressing on the movement stick
    Challenges

    • General fix for the UI and Challenge state getting out of sync. We'll continue to monitor and make additional fixes as needed in future updates

    • Fix for a challenge related error that could occur; DEV ERROR 5476

    • Fix for Mission Challenge description, “Get Kills with a Burst Weapons” being too vague.
    Piccadilly:

    • Spawn tuning while playing TDM and Domination

    • Domination flag adjustments; B Flag is now near the busses instead of the center fountain
    Weapons:

    • ARs: Minor hip spread adjustment

    • 725: Reduce range

    • M4: increase hip spread, decrease damage to the head

    • FAL: Reduced recoil, increased ADS speed

    • EB-14: Increase ADS speed

    • Miscellaneous ammo reserve adjustments upon spawning to be in-line with other weapons of their class
    Special Operations:

    • Fix for a bug where a player using the Overkill perk with an SMG as their secondary would sometimes spawn without a primary weapon when joining a match in progress

That fucking riot shield is a piece of fucking shit. People can walk just as fucking fast with it as though they didn't, and no way in hell would that be possible. And being able to one shot someone with a fucking riot shield in hardcore? BS. Even 2 shot in normal mode is ridiculous.

So I found a weird issue in certain locations in campaign weird stutter.. tried to post on reddit for hopefully big audience but I have negative karma or something (dont use it!)

I am getting odd occasions of stutter in campaign where FPS are fine but nasty stutter and the fix is to to limit game fps to 125. If you go to 126fps the stutter returns, set to 125fps its fine.. So weird.. The stutter happens at its absolute worse on the mission 'Captive' once you get your AK47 and go outside with the ladies.

    8700k,16GB,2080ti, Nvidia Driver: 441.12

Here you can see difference between 125.0 FPS cap and 126.0 FPS cap and it doesn't matter what actual FPS are.

    125 FPS: https://i.postimg.cc/yWCJP4wz/125.jpg

    126 FPS: https://i.postimg.cc/G3Hf88dC/126.jpg

Hopefully fix works for others, unless this is a weird isolated issue just for me.

I didnd't come across this issue during my campaign fortunately. Hopefully it'll help others. If you've just come across this now it may have been introduced from one of two of the recent patches.

Note: Yeah I was bad, couldn't resist and finished the campaign

Has anyone sorted the shaders constantly reinstalling before you can run multiplayer?

This is driving me nuts. I have a free 30mins to play, load it up and then have to wait 30mins for shaders to reinstall, if not an 8GB+ patch to download too. I’m not getting much game time due to all of this!

Yeah it's frustrating. I just ignore em and deal with slightly lower fps.

they’re not all the time though? I think I’ve done it like 4 times and that’s only after each of the patches downloaded?

    Hi Guys,

Just weighing up if I should get this,

I have seriously only played the BF series the past 15+ years (BF1942 -> BF5) and have never played any COD games,

I won’t bother with single player and only interested because of 64 person multiplayer servers,

Is it worth getting just for this reason?

Ground Wars are really hard (and doing them from the start will be a massive challenge, as they're typcially played by high level well kitted out players. IMO it'd be a better idea to play TDM20 or DOM20.

But ground wars are amazing. Complete snipe fest!

Just for ground war? Nope. It's not the best mode that's for sure. But Def battlefield ish but suffers from spawn and camp issues.

I thought my UW monitor game me a decent FOV, that's amazing!

Rod M I used to be hardcore into BF, and honestly i really enjoy this game. I have probably only enjoyed 3 CoD games and this is one is as good as the original CoD4:MW imo which i played on a competitve level as well as BF2/2142

They don't have a server browser but as it is i've never had issues finding a game quickly except on 1 game mode (which i think was free-for-all so people dont seem keen on that mode i guess lol)
