Both are better than Fraser, fires allowed and less people.
I used to live and work on Moreton, loved it, but can't say which is better.

    Hi mate
Had it for like 2/3 years now. Love it no issues at all. Chinese made buy assembled is aus and fitted out with Australian stuff. Doesn't leak water or dust very happy with it and would be another MDC. Take literally 5mins to set up.

Don't buy a camper they take to long to set up. Everyone one that buys a camper sells it in 6 months to get a caravan

not every camper takes a long time. this setup takes me not even 5 minutes to get the bed and cooking area setup . And it goes everywhere a caravan can't

Carted the rolla and the kayak up to Lake Monduran on monday, 4.5 hrs out of Brissy.

Got some funny looks pulling into the park but you're only there for one reason and it's big barra.

still pretty new to camping in general, figuring out the kit and learning as we go. Definitely keen to get up again soon, or do a spot of kayak camping over to peel or south straddy.

an orchard in the perth hills has opened his orchard up to campers this year . 19 minutes from my house and we had so much fun . Pear and apple trees just starting to fruit. You can camp in between the rows of trees if you can fit. Definately going back when everything is ready to pick.

    Free range camping

edit: ive noticed a common trend but apps get severely gimped if you deny permissions

I've got a Zempire Aerodome 1 and it's great. The air poles are amazing.

Last camping trip I saw some camper trailers that had an inflatable pole structure on top. Think they were these: https://www.opuscamper.com.au/

Mates have 30sec awning, by the time they do awning and swag, I've finished $99 Aldi Gazebo + Air Tent + Stretcher + folding table + kitchen, thats when I ask them who wants to go for a nite drive ;) (nothing is attached to the car).

I've only got experience with wikicamps and it's pretty good.
Before we got this we had the old camps australia hard copy which we've still got floating around but generally the app has taken priority over the old hard copy.

Wikicamps is pretty much THE car camping app in Australia IMO and is worth the one off ~$7

Mrs wants to go camping before the end of the month when my life starts getting busy again.

So started compiling a list of things we need to take, for 5 of us with 3 under 5 years old. Christ. My poor back just thinking about all the stuff we're taking.

Worst part is, you end up taking the same whether you're going for 2 nights or 7. But we definitely need a shake down trip prior to easter.

Worse still, it means I need to hurry up and connect my second battery.
