[WIN7] Can i use a bluetooth mouse/kb when installing a fresh copy of win7?

    its working now on another PC but win7 is installed by then.

    I'm hoping i can use the bluetooth mouse/kb during win7 installation. ty :)

    It needs to be paired so I doubt it.

    Nope.

    The only way it could conceivably work would be if
    • a) you could pair the devices without software (and thus it would be emulated as a USB KB/mouse); or
    • b) the BIOS supported Bluetooth pairing, and IT emulated a USB or PS/2 KB/mouse

    I use a BT keyboard/mouse combo on my HTPC, and it is annoying if I need to do anything outside Windows in that you have to plug in a USB keyboard.

    of course u can

    I have a Logitech Di Nove Bluetooth that worked when i installed windows 7 and also have a Di novo mini in my HTPC that worked without problems
    make sure u have legacy usb/usb keyboard and mouse enabled in bios

    Yes and no, these type of keyboards which have their own USB dongle SHOULD work fine, but true bluetooth keyboards, i.e. keyboard/mouse by itself kinda thing won't as (mentioned before) it needs to be paired with software.
