Stopped my harvesters. Just have 5TB disk attached to my Farmer with bladebit plots for a very low powered supporting of the network.

Cleaning up my video cards and prepping for the new plot format. Very intrigued to see if this is figured out by the GPU guru's to compress it.

I've been out of the Chia loop for a while now. Compression resistant plots coming soon?

Yeah, probably less than 3 months away but won't be as competitive than existing plots until 6 - 9 months from now. They doing this to make sure the netspace stays up while people switch over to replot.

I could maybe go some 18TB(s) to match up with a pool of them I have. Let us all know where you're at when you get to those sizes, please. I have 24x 16TB and don't want to grow it, so I would only be interested in 18s, 20, and 22s, thanks.

    I've only got a single 18TB.

Funny price bump over the weekend for Chia. Price 2x'd with less than a hundredth of the volume of DOGE. I hope a bunch of farmers holding capitalised to pay off some power. I took profit from some purchases I did on Swyftx. I got bills to pay and video cards to buy.

That reminds me, still need to sell the disk shelf, any interest? It’s full of 8TB drives

I’ve switched to farming on just my 14 and 16’s in my unraid box

There is a whole bunch of tech coming down the pipeline on Chia. Definitely a different vibe to the 14 + videos of "Chia is Dead" or "OMG They are selling the Prefarm!!!!"
Went above $25 USD today again.

He is in a space right now with the Tang Gang. There is something big brewing. Something novel, and they would have cornered the market.

    "Chia Revenue Stream"

He just said that there will be Chia transaction blocks filled with values greater than a few hours of trading on the NYSE.

Chia sitting over $28 for over an hour.

Going to have to setup my full farm instead of just 80% in ultra efficiency mode. Now full steam ahead.

Yes, tempted to get the garage heater going on. I’ve been enjoying the reduction in noise though

I luv this apt “pet-name” for your rack. :)

I’ve been really spoilt with mine as it has its own room and an aircon unit just for the rack.

most likely an imminent announcement that Genes been hinting at. Coming within 40 days. He also mentioned in one of the twitter spaces that the revenue from this will be what they need to head towards IPO

wish I could justify some aircon for the garage. But yes the netapp does generate a noticeable amount of heat and noise
