So it doesn't matter what version of Cinebench to go with?

The title just says Cinebench... although there's a download link in the first post to R15. OP is MIA so I guess it's a free for all!

Yeah, that's the problem with these sorts of threads, unless the 1st page score boards are updated one has to flick through 10+ pages or more to see where the best scores are at.

    Interesting....

    3478 - glnn_23 - 3900x - 4.4Ghz
    2939 - Sgt Bilko - AMD Threadripper 2920X - 4400Mhz
Am I missing something or is RYZEN 3GEN that epic...+18.3% boost

I know ram timings can effect a little bit but yeah, awesome job AMD.

SARGE, can you tell us how TR behaved under LN2, like typical AMD, no cold bug, get it cold and keep the pot full, or like a bastard Intel cold-footed, bug out 3/4 of the way through a run, then socket freeze over.
I spent many hours with a full pot on AM3, BD and PD and they my favourites over Intel anyday.

    3rd Gen is fast :leet:

As for the LN2 question, All Ryzen can go full pot and scale so far as core frequency is concerned, 1st gen loses IMC stability when cold and PCIe can drop out, 2nd gen has no issues at all, 3rd gen I personally haven't tried so I can't say much there.
For Threadripper specifically it's the same as I mentioned above, my specific issue on that board was cold slow, anything lower than -45c and the mouse/keyboard functions would turn to molasses but that said I have used the X399 mATX Taichi full pot with that same CPU.

IF you do want to use LN2 with these chips then I'd look into making sure the motherboard is suited for it first :D

    What's this? .... a radical running CinebenchR20! :D & ALL tests.

    CinebenchR20_4.32GHz_3533MHz.JPG

System gets hot in multithread run, like in early 80's C but all air, enclosed in a case.

Dudes, I haven't touched cinebench myself for ages so I lost interest but I have a new rig to play with now so I will look at updating the rankings soon.

Version does matter as the scores aren't compatible with different versions so you can run any version but only the correct one will be ranked.

Guys with simple submissions won't be ranked either, if you want to be ranked then please add the whole submission line in your post. I don't want to write it for everyone as it takes too long and details will be incomplete.

    Cheers

OK guys, I have updated all scores.

If your score is not in the Op I may have missed it or you did not do the submission line, so just remind me or do teh proper sub so I can just copy it without re-writing it.

I am a little out of touch (eg AMD) so please make sure to note if its a daily clock or outright.

    :D :D :D :D :D

    Hey mate,

You've got this one under daily clocks (1667cb as well for some reason) when it should be under ambient open clocks :)

The sub zero result is correct however :D
