I was browsing the Aldi catalog and came across this
Chocolate coated crisps o.o
holy shit i'm going to aldi.
This is a good plan.
Chocolate and good salty chips is of god like goodness. Not something you an eat alot of though.
no wonder we are more obese than the United States.
oh god that looks SO REVOLTING!
I saw something like this in Japan. At first I thought it was chocolate in the shape of potato chips, but then realised they were chocolate coated.
I can't imagine they would taste that great.. ???
salt n vinegar chips + nutella
please tell me that's a joke.
It's something I don't think I could even try.
I'd give them a try but not really too sure of they would taste any good though...
Are the germans also spearheading the bulk importation of salty, sugary snacks over there as well?
i duno dude... it has potential.
I have a mate who every time he went to the movies would buy a box of popcorn and a bag of M&Ms and eat them together. I thought it was sick until I tried it and now every time I go to the movies I buy a box of popcorn and a bag of M&Ms and eat them together. FTW
I reckon they'll be the next sugar-coated peanuts. Wouldn't mind a packet myself.
I used to have maccas fries with their softserve. It's pretty tasty actually. I can imagine this one tasting ok.
Its the salt and sweetness that makes them work well together. I would imagine that the pre coated chips would taste pretty crappy due to using cheapo chocolate. Much better to grab a good chocolate and a bag of kettle sea salted chips.
I think Cadburys make something like this.
I've tried them before but its a thin chip, not crinkle cut.
It's not a salted chip either so its just like crunchy chocolate, was yummy.
