What LLC are you on mate? I'd almost say it would be worth a Delid. Not spectacular, but you'd be surprised how many won't get that far.

What temp are you hitting? I'd say delid it mate, will be nicer to handle.

Temps aren’t too bad for that.

I found once most chips hit the 80’s, stability and voltages start going a bit crazy.

I’d say with delid and those ambient, you should get more out of that chip for sure. VID 1.12v?

Is VID used to determine silicon quality in this case? I personally would love to overclock my 8086K to share some results but I only use a downdraft cooler atm :(

Just coming here to report that. Surprised, seems to be pretty frequent updates these days. It has the exact same points 1. and 2. on the last bios update

I noticed that as well and the 1502 bios has disappeared...assume it a fixes some issues that may have been present with 1502.

Would think you are right there, sneaky way of pushing out a fix to something stuffed in the last release.

odd, just updated from 1401 to 1602 on the apex and had so many freezes if i tried to scroll past the boot page. Seems good now I've got it dialed in again though.

Got that vcore nice and tight. :)

Just a heads up MSI released 1.54 beta BIOS for Z370I GPC AC, new beta BIOS actually improved memory compatibility with a2 PCB layout where DRAM ICs are much closer to golden fingers. My HOF II memory can now be pushed to 4600MHz C19 now with this BIOS
