Received my E6600 from plus corp today
MegaPC have the E6600 in stock for $544.50
Bundles are no more.
I know where that stock is coming from
1 Supplier is bundling them with motherboards
Well, now that mine has been reserved D) I can let everyone know http://www.macotechnology.com.au/ probably have a few E6600's left today, I got mine $536 including delivery. At least, they said they had stock for me, i.e. I haven't actually received it yet.
And they're a sponsor too.
Don't you think OCAU deserve special treatment
The supplier is a sponsor.
Centrecom have the E6600 in stock got mine today $499
CPU in question is e6600 lol they have a price posted on staticice but it says n/a on their pricelist
Instock at umart
Milton have e6600 instock
Eight Mile Plains have e6700 instock
Pretty soon there will me more than enough to go around. By the end of august I'd say.
I ordered an E6600 from scorptec. Confirmed in stock. $550 including shipping to Darwin. I almost ordered from pluscorp but I just couldn't swallow the $575 price... factor in $15 shipping and wooowee.
i thought pluscorp has a pricematch button?
It does but pricematching is up to Pluscorp's discretion. I did look at it but at the time, there was only one listed in stock. What's the chances of Nigel giving me a yay on that, considering demand? Not bloody likely and by the time I'd gone through the hoops of enquiring and waiting for an answer, it would have been snapped up. At $590 (factor shipping) I'll pass thanks. Mind, I did pick up my 150GB Raptor from Pluscorp for a wee $407 which I was quite pleased with. OCAU sponsor Netplus now has them for $398 including shipping which is quite a bargain.. relatively speaking of course.
Back on topic. I don't even know which mobo to pair the E6600 with. Computer Alliance has a nice deal on the DFI 975x infinity and then there's the Bad Axe to consider.... or perhaps an Nvidia SLI solution ala the ASUS P5N32 SLI SE Deluxe.
got my E6600 today from Pluscorp!! didnt want to wait any longer (well shipped today anyway, will have it in my mits by tomorrow.)
i got my E6600 from computer world for $499
I have checked a few places and they still have stock available for the E6600 E6700 and X6800. I thought people would be snapping up the E6700 by now. So Conroe went from not enough quantity to plenty within the last 2 days.
I might get my husband a E6700 for a gift.
In stock for $499.
Covered most OCAU backorders with yesterdays shipment. Larger shipment in today that will leave chips for new orders.
What a woman!
