Maybe, we'll see. You'd have to be comfortable with some quite kinky people, and be able to eat all the bacon you could until your arteries gave in.

As far as medical, that is why i am sticking with either Australia or Canada as my preferred location.

If your not picky about location there are quite a number of spots in NSW that you can buy >100 acres for <$400K, so that leave 600K to build the house and garage and put on the solar if i had $1 Million like most folks pay for their mcmansions in sydney.

I could handle the salary, being hated by at least half the country would get me right in the feels though.

that'd be less then the number of my users who don't like me because they have to put in a pin to unlock the phone and then use a password to get into the medical software that houses lots of PII about our customers, because its all too hard and can't they just have the phone with NONE of that irritating security.... so i could live with that.

The abbotoir i did IT work for used to use CO2 to finish the pigs off, you don't want them panicking, it spoils the meat... you want them to fall asleep and then never wake up nice and calmly.

I'm pretty sure even Elvis can do without genuine retro disk latency.

Speak for yourself. I still load virtual tapes real time (should that be "reel time"?), even if emulation lets me speed it up.
