    Only if you have to get people to use it and provide training.

    If you're just doing administration, should be easy mode.

    I refused to train on using software like teams, i'm I.T not education. Start with teams and next your called to show them X function in excel or word. There are plenty of guides and content out there for people to read.

    I love how teams.exe will sit there taking up more than a gig of RAM, but still has to load chat history from the server if I scroll up 2 pages.

    This job places me ~100 metres away from my very elderly grandparents. My employer is well aware I took this job over a much better paying job so I could jump if they needed me. My wife earns a lot, so the pay loss is inconsequential. My mental sanity is the biggest worry!
