not that, but it sounds like you're trying to fight with the adobe crap to get it to work with a thick image - why not have adobe install as a task sequence and have a nice, thin install.wim with just the essentials?

I wanted to check my tax summary, but thanks to HPE the ATO is down again.

Bring in Single Touch Payroll and force the majority of individuals to use MyGov to lodge returns.
    MyGov crashes.

    Well done Australia!

That is how I would normally do it but this app package takes over an hour to install.
    Yay Adobe!
I'm baking it into the image in order have a shorter deployment time.
If I can't get this sorted out I will have to resort to installing the app at deployment and the techs will just have to budget their time accordingly.

Don't know where you go the idea HPE was involved, but it's not HPE nor ATO.

It's MyGov (DHS). Unfortunately ATO (amongst other departments) relies on MyGov for authentication.

Somewhere a beancounter at some point in the past said no we don't need more then one authentication server, the risk matrix says its a low probability that it will ever happen, with a high impact.... denied.

I've been A* free for 6 months now, and fuck me is our RDS Server so much snappier and less memory/CPU Hungry now its finally gone... its like fucking cancer to remove though.

Any software or service starting with "my" is suspect.

    Tempted to add homophones.

    You could try:

    - My Crow's Soft, a specialist black pillow company

    - Mic Rose Oft, a Nobel Prize winning novel about a deadly karaoke addiction

    or your personal favourite

    - Soft Micro, a pron fetish site for tiny knobs
