Who gets to keep the dud card?

 

I'm happy it wasn't a hard fight, like I thought it was going to be.

I've seen support go both ways with Corsair, but I've had a pretty good outcome.

Some companies won't honor warranty if the product was bought from a different country (Asus and MSI). EVGA will support international warranty and support.

From my understanding and from what I've read, they will keep the dead parts and only send the new replacement cooler. i could be wrong and will end up with it. Wait and see I guess.
